Alcavi Bicycles is a brand born from the passion and experience of two sports legends, Aldon Baker, retired top MTB World athlete and Professional Motorsports training icon, has revolutionized the Supercross and Motocross industry. Baker’s knowledge and irrefutable training program has formed 16 champions from the past 22 Monster Energy Supercross series, in addition to 13 AMA Motocross Premier Class Titles. Adding to his accolades, Baker has also produced a MotoGP World Championship with Nicky Hayden, as well as multiple World Stage appearances in athlete-turned-business partner, Alfredo Campo. Campo, a 2x BMX Olympian, PanAm Games Gold Medalist, and a World Champion athlete, began his relationship with Aldon Baker in 2015. Shortly after, a vision was born to merge their profession with their passion, and the wheels were put in motion to engineer their dream bicycle.
About Aldon Baker
Aldon Baker, Alcavi Co-founder, is a professional motocross trainer from South Africa. As an adult, Aldon became one of the best South African MTB riders representing his country on a world stage. With his training experience, he developed a training method that will open his path to training the best motocross athletes in the world. His legendary work training athletes revolutionized the Supercross and Motocross as he has formed 16 champions of the past 22 Monster Energy Super Cross premier titles, 13 AMA motocross premier titles, and a moto GP World Championship with Nicky Hayden. A 72% winning rate that no one has accomplished. He created his training center, the Baker’s Factory where riders like Ryan Villopoto, Ken Roczen, Ryan Dungey, Marvin Musquin, Jason Anderson, Zach Osborne, Adam Cianciarulo, Malcolm Stewart, Aaron Plessinger, and Cooper Webb have trained. His experience, attention to detail, and commitment give Alcavi the vision to succeed.
About Alfredo
Alfredo Campo, Alcavi Co-founder, is a 2x Olympic athlete from Ecuador. Alfredo started riding a bicycle at the age of 2. BMX became his profession in 2011 after he became the UCI BMX Jr World Champion marking a record of being the only Ecuadorian to have achieved this title until today. Alfredo received the maximum award an Ecuadorian citizen can achieve “OUTSTANDING SPORTS CAREER VICENTE ROCAFUERTE AWARD” granted by the National Assembly in 2018 and the " HONORABLE MENTION MARIETA DE VINTIMILLA FOR RELEVANT SERVICES TO THE CONTRY in 2019. His achievements include: UCI BMX Jr World Champion, GOLD medal at PAN AMERICAN GAMES, World number 2 in the UCI BMX ELITE WORLD CUP RANKING, and Olympic DIPLOMA placing 5th at the Tokyo 2020 OLYMPICS. Alfredo’s 20 years of experience in the bicycle industry are reflected in Alcavi bikes. His dedication, commitment, and knowledge guide Alcavi to become one of the most prestigious brands.

Ana Crespo is an Ecuadorian entrepreneur, co-founder of Pillcocaja Specialty Coffee & Alcavi Bikes. Her varied professional background, leadership, enthusiasm, and perspective aim to drive Alcavi to scale. Her passion for sports as a wife to a BMX Olympic athlete power her commitment to the cycling community. She holds an ALM Master’s Degree in Management, an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate, and a Marketing and Digital Strategy certificate, all from Harvard University, Extension School.
LIZ BAKER
Elizabeth Baker co-founder of Alcavi Bikes has +7 years of experience on business management. Under her administrative supervision the Baker’s Factory has flourished to become the best Motocross training facility in the USA alongside her husband, Aldon Baker. Liz knowledge, enthusiasm, and leadership contribute invaluably to Alcavi’s growth.
